i replaced both of mine when i put nos doors on my car... there are rivets on each end and the seal that goes in between it and the fixed glass.. the seal is kind of a pain to do.. but message me on...
Just have an interior repair place match some dye to the dash.. the spray can stuff will not match and will be too dark unless you are planning to do the whole dash also....
So he was all concerned about any body damage when he did his first video getting the car..and told everyone that you absolutely can not fix body damage... now he has videos of the repairs.. smdh....

you can take the light out and loosen the three nuts that hold the side of it tight and try to move it in a bit. but yeah a heat gun carefully will help also...
there are strips of foam on the underside of the vents where they sit in the cover piece.. perhaps those are smashed or disintegrated....
I have an early gray style one it has a little fading but nothing major...and is in very nice condition .... 125 shipped takes it...

I have removed the end cap with the trans in the car.. its not too bad.. there are 2 bolts which are kind of hidden behind the bracket at the top but you just have to feel for them and take them...

sometimes there are shims under the bumper mounting plate in that area... or you can loosen and see if you can adjust the hood hinges down slightly...
it should be 100 shipped and i actually dont know the real mileage but its somewhere in that range on them but they are in fine shape still....

you are talking about the aluminum division channel that goes in between both pieces of glass??? if so later cars have an actual seal around that piece..

also had to do both of mine.. its a stupid design as it is aluminum and you have to loosen those bolts quite a bit to change belt or bearing etc....Like Ethan said its fairly simple but u will have...
Having put 2 nos doors on my car.. i can tell you that you should not try to take it off or put it on by yourself...unless you want to damage something... also building the internals of the door...
