Thanks, CriticalB. I never even considered to do the flex hoses last, and certainly worth a try. I'm using a Home Depot bucket to provide support, but I think it's a little lacking, so I'll scare up...

Hello all,
I am in the middle of installing a new DPI Radiator to replace a leaky one. I am to the point where I have the condenser and fans remounted, and am currently trying to get the radiator...
Throw in another vote for the DPI Header Exhaust. Sounds great, quality build, pretty easy to install. Hardest part was finding new languages to curse in when I was removing the old exhaust...
I replaced the 85 MPH speedometer with the 140MPH several years ago through Houston. They will set the odometer to that of the one you send in. I have had no trouble with the new unit. If I recall...
This has the episode in 5 segments:

Phew! This is going to be quite the adventure! I think Kenny_Z may have it right and I may just find an exhaust/machine shop and see if they'll swap out the parts. That why the manifolds can be...
I'm 90% sure it's an exhaust gasket leak -- both from what people have said here with their past experience, and covering the exhaust and listening for the leak.
So now I'm in the market for some...
Many thanks for all the input and advice! Much appreciated!
Had the car about two years, a few owners before me. Never took any note of the white smoke, never did it in summer. It's always been loud.
The more I think about it, it seems likelier that it was coolant smoke.
I don't recall any smoke from within the engine bay before the engine warmed up.
Oil doesn't look milky, but I'm not positive if the observed smoke from the exhaust is winter-time exhaust or...
Are there some parts of the exhaust that are more like to be leaking than others? Or is it a case of check each part of the exhaust system?
At least two years (time I've owned the car). I...
I should note this video was taken after the car had warmed up. It's 32*F here and while the car was first running, there was white smoke from the exhaust, but I attributed this to the car being...
Hello,
My car since I got it has been rather loud. It's always been my suspicion that there is a hole somewhere in the exhaust. My neighbor also noticed that it may have a cylinder misfiring as...
Hello
Been working with Toby from DMCNW to try and troubleshoot the remote start on 5780. Will soon be doing some basic and routine maintenance on the car (spark plugs, oil check, etc). Also...
Was able to hit 110 on a nice straight stretch of road right inside Delaware.
Was able to get the car in stock form up to 110mph.
...Now does anyone know where Miss Johansson lives? Need to arrange a "chance" meeting...:fancy:
All credit goes to Ozzie H as this is from his blog:

The glove box light is listed as a T10.
If you want...
Many thanks! I will have to check this out.
D'oh! Yea a bit of lacquer thinner took that scuffed look right out. Turns out there really wasn't much damage at all to the panel. Tiny scrapes, nothing more.
On the bright side my...
It's finally time that I got around to fixing some scrapes on the Rear Quarter Panel.

Well when I put a dedicated ground to the dimmer relay, the lights at first worked flawlessly. Then overnight, something changed. When I went to finish putting the car together today, the interior...
I think I'm going to do that as well. Thanks very much for your help!
I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean to pull the wires from the relay sockets and recrimp them? And if push comes to shove, can I simply run a new wire from the grouped ground behind the seats to...
Using a multimeter I've found that there seems to be (assuming that the meter is accurate) about 6.5ohms between the dimmer relay ground and the cluster in the back of the engine bay. I did not...
