Green light is on and I get parking light when I go down from high beam

Suddenly when I go from high beam to low beam I only get "parking light" ( cant use that for driving ) where low beam was supposed to be. Any takes on that ?

Yes I read the document on the link, thanks, but the fan is responding to the control knob but something is blocking the airflow

If it was the switch,. would I hear the fan running ?

When I use the mode switch I hear the ventilator start up, but the air is not getting into the car, regardless of mode switch selection.
When I engage the fan speed I can hear increased revolutions...

The flaps in the center duct remains closed and show resistance when I try and push them open.

I have never used the AC before. Got the car recently

pulled the vent off ?

The 2 metal flaps behind the main center vents are closed, no air from door or any other vents, not even from window vents

My aircondition runs, I can hear the blower running but get no air through any of the vents ? any suggestions, thanks

Not certain that I understand you when you say - "light coming on" - - my charge light is coming on when starting the engine, but it has a 30 sec. delay before it goes out.

Checked all wiring and its very clean and solid. The charge indicator still takes about 30 sec. to go off, but at 2000 rpm, I get 14.4v on my voltmeter direct on battery, so it is surely charging....
