Thanks Babis, its definitely a UNF tap I have double checked and its new in the pack. I assume any 1/2 tap should be the same width.
I think the reality is the 1/2 UNF tap is slightly larger than...

Frame is back from Galv and paint, I need to clear the threads for the upper rear control arm bolt.
With one side I managed to clear it with the bolt but with the other side it wont...
I dont buy that fully..... Many modern cars have green ethical 40k miles 0 carbon blah blah blah.. Sure if you never turned the key on the DeLorean that's a valid statement but every mile you do will...
I haven't but I just use regular stainless sprays as well.. BKF is something everyone needs to use once, just so you can endure the pain getting it removed from anything not stainless :)

Its on my todo list... I just stuck some Duct tape on the chaffing part for now to protect the stainless..
You need to get rid of flakes, back to bare metal as much as possible, treat, de-grease and paint.....
I will let others with more US friendly products comment on what with but scrapers on a stick...
