+1 ...and if it doesn't turn over, I would jumper cable the battery (-) directly to the engine and try again. And if that doesn't work, pull the starter.

The OP hasn't logged back in since 10-24-2020...
EDIT: DPI did purchase the car and expects it to be restore by mid January.

I don't see it being the battery.
If it's strong enough to start the engine, there would be enough power left to run the engine past the time it takes to get to operating temperature; Even...
The heater core's upper hose is the supply .
FWIW, the heater core is relatively delicate -- Cut and peal the hose off rather than pull it.
..But I would check at the water valve instead, since...
That makes sense to me, if there is a leak... When under heavy load, say, starting up a long hill, you would shift a manual to 2nd before an AT would. When you let off of the accelerator to shift...
 Nice job!
If the flap is closing, the actuator must be loosing vacuum.
Place a check valve there to divide and conquer. If it then works correctly, the problem is the stock check valve, supply (leak),...

Thanks.
I just checked...I can move either arm and make the other one and the linkage move ~1/8" either way.
I didn't consider thermal protection (built in to the motor assembly). I'm going to...
I'm assuming yours was blowing the fuse, not being able to move when powered up??
This one does not.
I'm only 99% sure it's the motor. The washer sprays, but the motor does not run in any mode. The Green wire feeds both the wipers and washer. It has power at the module. Looking at the schematic(s),...
Thanks Rich! But the thing is, those directions start where half of the car has been removed...:)
Anyone know what has to be removed to get to a bad wiper motor?
FWIW- When fuse 13 blows, it always goes to 3rd, not 2nd.
Not that I know of. Sorry.
:) Good idea!
Vacuum leak.
Bad mode switch.
Vacuum line or port for air tank blocked.

You should see more than 12.5V anytime it is it running. (?~14.2V, ideally?)
The light comes on when the battery is supplying more power than the alternator is giving it -- The...
