Yep, that caught me one time too! Glad you got it figured out. Frustrating.
Gawd...... It still pains me to see that picture. Poor 941. We gotta get her "rehabbed" and back on the Road dude!
Nope, that's just how you choose to interpret my statement. I was simply trying to state that large cash transactions don't really bother me much.
Your spinning my words. For you to say...
You are covered. I used to work for State Farm and I also paid cash for my car.
First - concerning insurance: If you have full coverage, not just liability, but comp & collision (physical...
Pretty Cool!
I experience those types of comments all of the time. My favorite was when some guy and his wife pulled into our subdivision and noticed I was outside and drove over to ask for directions. After I...
I would tend to agree here if your coolant is 2 - 2.5+ yrs old. It's an opportune time to flush and replace. You don't necessarily need a bleeder setup it just makes it easier. Just explain to the...
Very nicely done indeed!
+1 for what Brandon said!
Because I pretty much raised my car from the dead, my advice is this: Remember it's a labor of love and when you reach those agonizing and frustrating times just walk...

Yes Sir it was and still is!
Yes folks, it was that "oh so joyful" time that rolls around every 2 years (at least in my neck of the woods)! Ada County's Air Quality Control emissions testing! Benchmark year that all vehicles...
That's great news! Glad you got it resolved and thanks for updating the thread.
Yep- the expandable foam out of a can. I did both doors a few years ago and it was a big improvement. Just remember a little bit of that foam goes a long ways.
You are probably right. It's going to be interesting to watch nonetheless.
That's exactly what I found with my car. I could really only smell a hint of gas when the the blower motor was on so I knew it must be from the cap area. All of my fuel system parts are new so it...
Good Catch!! That's scary just thinking about the possibility....ugh
Very Cool & Interesting.....
It does strike me as odd that there is only one picture of the engine off of the website link. When looking at that picture, to "me" mind you, it appears that engine...
