Yes, actually I've got that and the Volvo book as well, both are pretty good resources. Its a frustrating issue to nail down because everything works well as long as its parked.

I haven't replaced the pump in a few years, it seems to test out alright though as far as providing fuel pressure while its in idle. Was yours testing out well also?

Yep its automatic, it revs up just fine in neutral, trying to figure out what the fuel pressure is supposed to be at the fuel injectors because it seems fine from the fuel pump.

No actually it was on full Cool, the knob won't actually move to the heat side, it will click on full Cool and move a little back but not much.

Thanks, yes its custom made, its just a piece of plexi cut out to the shape of the lights held on by velcro, although that might change unless i find better glue
