In addition to power feeds to both Instrument cluster plugs and otterstat, it also feeds the Lambda counter switch to illuminate the light. the service light should illuminate at about 30,000 miles....
Ah, chasing an A/C leak. so much fun. Mine turned out to be a defective Low pressure switch. If you see black dust sticking to the white plastic, it?s a possible indication. Of course I only found...
Nice job, Nick! This would have made a good ?How to Video? for the Resources section[emoji6]

Not really, it stayed just north of us. I drove through it heading north to work Tuesday morning. The stretch between Tomah and Black River Falls had serious black ice on Bridges.

It was tempting to put it away yesterday but decided to wait a couple more weeks.

Dave, I was just wondering how things were progressing on this front. Let know when you?re ready to ship some. I have a core ECU case ready for you.

David, that looks great. I used a similar 36 LED version with Festoon adapter for my License plate lighting. It really lights up the plate and rear of the car.

Unfortunately Letter drill sizes don?t go that large. Home use drill bit sets don?t usually go above 1/2 inch. You usually have to buy individual bits when larger than 1/2.

Is the bottom of the hole Flat? Usually it would just be tapered to the drill that made it. But I guess they could have use flat face end mill. You only need to deep enough for the fitting to sit...
Nothing a 41/64 drill bit won?t fix .640. The hose fitting is 15.9 mm = .625. (5/8)

Check my previous Edited post. You were probably writing when I resubmitted it.

Interesting, sounds like Hervey used the same port adapter fitting for both hoses.
Most systems typically use a smaller diameter discharge HP hose. Typical system is D -8 (1/2?). S -10 (5/8?)...
I?m fairly sure that?s through hole. But to be sure, just stick something smaller in the hole to see if it bottoms out. Were the ends of the bolts dry or oily? that?s the tell tale sign.

Photos would help. But you?ll need to heli-coil it for sure though. What size was the bolt head?

I grabbed a couple 033?s for cores. $28 ea including shipping. The 023?s from the same seller were $85 [emoji2369]. Not sure the difference other than 033 listed for volvo 240 and 023 listed volvo...
Great, I?ve got Stage II setup with there Cams. Not as Aggressive as some I?ve heard though. How invasive is what you are doing?

In that case, I?m open for any testing. Just went for nice drive today and the pesky hunting is still there no matter how I?ve configured your Idle ECU.

Dave, I just stumbled on this thread. For clarity, which ECU are experimenting with. Lambda or Idle ECU?

Well it?s up to you, I did just for the extra layer of safety. It?s a CYA thing [emoji6]

Even though the 4708 you chose comes with the QD style head. It is missing one thing. The High pressure safety relief valve.

You could go with this one. It comes with the QV head ( horizontal ports)

That looks like the correct configuration. You just have to swap to the QD head sold separately $25
You can also do a cross reference check to the CO4708C P/N I have.

Years ago I bought a Hervey hose kit that came with the variable Orifice tube. I used the VO tube but not the Hoses. Some years later DPI offered a Hose kit I preferred using a fitting system I had...
I used PAG 100
I bought my compressor and replacement head from www.coldhose.com that was 6 years ago though.
