I was having an issue about a month ago where my car was starting off in 2nd gear. After reading some posts about it on here I removed the governor and sent it into dmc Houston to have it repaired....

Sorry for the late reply, I feel kind of stupid but it did in fact end up being the contacts inside the hazard switch. I took the switch apart, cleaned them up, and the indicators worked perfectly....

A rather sketchy looking stereo system but I have removed most of the wiring from that. And I have yet to find anywhere that it gets near to the main wiring harness itself, but I could be wrong.
