It looks like you need to attach a magnet to a rotating shaft and then mount a sensor near it to measure RPM.

I would not think your 200 watt fans would affect my idle ECU even if the voltage to the ECU dips quite low.

Have you noticed any other problems since you installed those fans?

I have seen one fuel filter in the D completely blocked. Measured 0 PSI at the FD with the pump running.

I've never pulled an advance solenoid apart. All I know is when not powered, the advance is on and the vent is closed. When powered the advance is off and vent is open. I did find one solenoid...

We just had another owner have a problem with advance coming on at idle. It would come and go. After 3 idle ECUs and a new vacuum solenoid it still was intermittent. It has to be an intermittent...

Does your voltage drop when you run the AC? Do you still run stock ignition?

At least you can bump your idle up with the curb idle screw to get home. PM me your address and I will send you another ECU and you can return the old ECU in the same box. Let me know if you have...

Do you have a stock ignition? I ask because I had a GM unit that needed a capacitor and it made a skip like that.

Interesting relay set up. I do think if you install 200 watt fans the double relay is a good idea. Do you find your engine overheating with your present fans?

Did you move the hot start relay...

It's normal for mixed refrigerant to charge with liquid and not use gas charging. The reason is each gas in the mixture gets pulled in differently (one changes to gas before the other). Now if your...

Yes the lighter shares the radio purple wire. There are some other purple wire circuits so maybe you attached to one of those.

From what i remember, the radio bracket ground is very poor. I think it just used one 19 AWG wire going back to the relay compartment grounds. But a bad ground is not going to blow fuses.

It looks like the AC compressor hoses are not stock so if the owner decides to get a new compressor make sure you get one to match what you have for hose connections.

Your almost empty on refrigerant. If you even had one drop of liquid refrigerant you would have the normal static pressure. Hence you can not determine amount of charge via static pressure reading....

They all seem to work fine. One of the vendors overseas has some that draw 3.5 amps so not sure about those. Most draw 7 to 8 amps each. I have Toby's fans in my car and the EU radiator.

The certified checks have been known to be counterfeit. I don't blame a seller to wait for it to clear or demand cash.

Check the connections at the diodes (in harness in relay compartment). I guess even a diode could have an internal intermittent connection.

I highly recommend installing one of the vendors low power fans. The OEM fans seem to draw more current then the wiring can handle as they age.

You can test if you have leaked refrigerant by jumping the low pressure switch connections. Other than that test you would need a multimeter to trace if a connection got broken.

I've had some lug nuts on so tight that I've bent the T wench using a pipe to get more force. I think removing with an impact would be better. The impact only moves fast when the nut has loosened.
