Maybe it's an upgrade based on the Flux Capacitor app. You could put in not only a date but ALSO a destination. If one is indeed opening a wormhole, why not tell it where the end of it is as well as time/date?

Two different time machine replicas were used for this commercial... the main car seen in all the close up and interior shots was TMR's flagship replica. The second for stunt driving and some of the ice/pyro effects shots belongs to "Rakoon" as noted in the previous posts.
