Wow, beautiful car! Glad the forum was able to help guide you in the right direction. You certainly found a nice example from what I can see in the photos.
All original is right. I don't see the red paint mark in the engine bay for the front end recall, so you may want to check and see if that was done. Has the throttle shield recall so it may be there and just no mark.
On the "firewall" - the rear bulkhead of the engine bay, next to the ignition resistor. Should be a red dot, usually the size of a dime/penny and pretty sloppily applied.

Red paint mark on an 83? I always thought the 83 was after the recall so it was done during its build? Where would the mark be?
