Looking these up on the Internet they both appear to be Nankang XR611. I must be looking at something wrong.

Yes same brand for the front & rear
Yes it's the Nankang XR-611 for both size

I thought I was sniffing PB blaster for too long.

So, it looks like it might be hard/impossible to get those rear tires in the US. I can get them in AU, France, and the UK. If I find a source in the US, I'll let folks now.
