the device is a decent size. when orientated as i have it, it shouldn't affect shifting between 4th and 5th for us manual guys. the lights are amazingly bright and "flux" very nicely.

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

You can see it in picture #2 -- looks like a ball-and-socket joint

It's just an elbow joint so the device can swivel up and down. To turn it left or right, just turn the whole thing in the outlet. It fits quite snugly in the delorean's outlet and doesn't jiggle.

Definitely worth it. was able to have the auto in "D" with zero issues. Looks fricking outstanding.

Actual snippet of a conversation from Sept 2013:

Me: Eddie, I can't wait to get the car back when you're done with it.

Eddie: Yeah, you'll be able to give the car gas, and it won't be - like - embarrassing....

The ThinkGeek website says more are on the way, and BTTF.com said they are expecting a shipment in a couple weeks. You'll have another chance, don't worry.

Just out of stock temporarily -- generally Thinkgeek exclusives like this last for years until demand is basically gone. Not the case here, just click the "Notify Me" button and they'll send you an email when it's back in stock
