I killed my trusted Motorola Alternator Last weekend. I Just installed a DMCH CS 130 replacement. I have NO familiarity with this unit, so when I see something strange like this flashing BATT Light, I have to question if this is normal.
I'm holding off on Starting the engine until I get an answer that says it's OK or you have some weird problem to rectify first. The other ODD thing to me about the installation is that is uses a single input wire. Virtually ALL the other google Image search installations that use this Base type alternator have a 10 AWG red wire (load sense wire) connected from B+ to the Regulator. Why is the Delorean some how different?
