Delorean One headlight switch replacement logo

I have two headlight switches with badly faded logos, one installed in the car. When I saw this come up on eBay I wasn't sure if I'd be allowed to purchase it or not as I had been blacklisted by Ed Bernstien years ago - and this is his eBay account where he and Millie sell off their old stock.

If anyone else sold this, even at four times the price, I'd have sent my money elsewhere on principle - but I needed the item and its not like I'm dropping $14k on a frame. It's a cheap date.

It comes with instructions which make it clear that you must do exactly as told, or else! Installation is easy enough - pop off the old switch cap (no need to remove the switch - it just pulls off), use a dowel or similar to pop the old logo piece out of the center. The original logo is screened onto a piece of thick white plastic - so you sand this lightly until the old logo is completely off. You then glue the replacement logo onto the plastic, and then glue that back into the cap. It takes about 10 minutes and it looks great.

Its not a big money maker for them, so they have let the listing expire, but if you message them through eBay they may re-open the ad. Note that I paid $5.23 each with free shipping - if he re-lists expect him to be asking $80 each or something crazy.

No problems with the transaction. Maybe if Millie had been running the business it would have been a different story with D1.

Ryan King and I bought them for our cars! Looks like a good decal. I haven't see this offered before.

New listings. They have bead blasted valve covers, timing chain cover and the w-pipe, all for very good prices. I wish I had the cash.
