Ya, I know this isn't a DeLorean specific tattoo, but figured it was close enough to include in your thread.
Some random came up to me at a car show a couple years ago to show me her flux capacitor tattoo. Now that's dedication!

The delorean wiring is a painful situation as it is... I imagine tattooing in on to your arm.
