Belfast Telegraph - John DeLorean Article
The following article appeared in todays edition of the Belfast Telegraph. As with most DeLorean articles there are a few inaccuracies such as only 6500 cars were made, it was to sell for $9000.00, the firm collapsed in the 1970's yet mentions later in the article the Government let it collapse in 1982. It also mentions only 1600 cars reached dealerships...is this true? Any way enough rambling just get reading

The link doesn't work for me, but all of the above sounds wrong.

I read that earlier and was surprised how wrong some if the basic facts were.
But did the Prof get it wrong or was it poor editoring (the Tele has really gone downhill in the past few years, IMHO).

I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"
