    Torin Blower

    mark,
Do you happen to have any measurements, even if basic, of the torin blower? I’m attempting to sketch one out for a 3D print and am having a hard time nailing down accuracy. I have guess measurements but I cannot be sure. Something as simple as the base width, hose hole opening size. Base Height. Anything would help to give me reference.

There's a version in the CAD file that Gary Weaver released a number of years ago. Not sure how accurate it is...

    Cheers

Thank you for the info. I searched and searched and found them. I then went on a search for something I could view the file with and after a few dud programs I landed on one but it still would only show the preview thumbnail and not open ion the CAD, BUT I could export a PDF version. Still really no help. I appreciate you input though, thanks a lot! TM-D_2013-07-16.pdf

So unfortunately the CAD file doesn't document the Torin blower itself. Only the space it takes on the back panel and the mounting holes for it.
I took this and created an 11x17 PDF of the outline of the blower in 1:1 scale so hopefully you can use that as a scaling device along with photos to determine other dimensions.

Here's a link to the PDF. I added some dimensions to give some basic layout help. May or may not be useful. Warning - I have no guarantee on the accuracy of this... I'm just sharing what I have.

Sorry, but the "Private Messages" says error : mluder has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.

    So,
\\I assume by "scale" you are looking for the graphic that is on the face
    Yes! It is!

    Please look for example

but this is not my meter

or a very clear and sharp photo of the scale will help me

Sorry about that... I cleaned up my mailbox so it should be better now.
I was able to track down an image of a sticker that someone else had been producing...
