    RPM Relay Location

    Anyone happen to have a labeled picture showing exactly which relay the RPM on is?

    I got Dave's solid state relay and never looked back..just the same I kept my old relay just as a spare but I doubt I will ever need it.

    Here's a pic if it helps any. The RPM relay is tucked in on the bottom layer so it's sometimes hard to distinguish.

    +1. I'm running Dave's solid state unit (highly recommend), and I have the relay that I got in DMC's relay and fuse update kit as a spare.

    fun filled fact

    Here is a Fun-filled-fact concerning rpm Relay (and any other relay, for that matter).- Relay should ALWAYS be in the upright position (wires down) to work properly.

    Why is that? IIRC the RPM relay is placed horizontally in the car.

    +1. I'm running Dave's solid state unit (highly recommend), and I have the relay that I got in DMC's relay and fuse update kit as a spare.
    That's the cleanest and tidiest relay compartment I have ever seen. Now (In my mother voice as she sees a 21 yr old bikini babe, let's see her look like that after three kids), let's see what it looks like after a digital lock controller and Wings A Loft install!!!
