As far as I know, there isn't anything that matches the oem vinyl. You can find similar unwrinkled vinyl and try wrinkling/weathering it yourself, but that is probably as good as you can do.

The wrinkled/rippled effect can be simulated.
I had a passenger knee pad recovered recently (along with the rest #4463's interior) to replace a poor recover attempt by the PO.
The result is very close. Here are a few before and after shots.

It was done by a trimmer in the UK by the name of Lee Pattison. He is a upholsterer by trade and has worked on a number of DeLorean's over the years.
He has done absolutely fantastic work considering what I gave him to work with. I think these before and after shot's speak for themselves.
Before:
DSC_0037.jpg DSC_0038.jpg The interior as it was when the car was back on the driveway after it's journey from the US.
After removing the dash and binnacle from the car, the poor recovering was removed, revealing this!
DSC_0081.jpg DSC_0082.jpg DSC_0085.jpg DSC_0086.jpg DSC_0087.jpg There are no words for this shambles - who does this to the speaker grills?
DSC_0088.jpg DSC_0089.jpg DSC_0090.jpg Or this...
DSC_0096.jpg DSC_0100.jpg DSC_0101.jpg Some interesting 'patch' work on the top of the centre console.
DSC_0105.jpg DSC_0107.jpg Yes, someone did put a self tapping screw through the bolster to try and 'secure' it. This was the same on both sides of the car.
After:
DSC_0306.jpg DSC_0307.jpg Recovered and now sporting a VIN plate.
DSC_0309.jpg DSC_0311.jpg DSC_0312.jpg DSC_0313.jpg An amazing recover with only one 'stitch' line (bottom centre).
IMG_3167.jpg IMG_3168.jpg IMG_3169.jpg Steering wheel and centre cap recovered.
IMG_3130.jpg Old patch work replaced - I think most would struggle to see there was ever an issue with the console.
DSC_0320.jpg Repaired and redyed side bolsters.
All parts of #4463's interior have been saved, and repaired, recovered and redyed as appropriate.

Lee also owns a DeLorean , so is very aware of the foibles etc.
He is able to mix paint and redye interior to match new seat covers so it all matches and secondly looks 100%

Looks amazing - Still... No details on how he achieved the ripple effect?
BTW the rear panels look fantastic. I'm going to redo mine I think. Over the years the covering is so brittle its cracking at the door openings. I think some modern vinyl which is much more flexible, will look nice. Then I can just dye it to match the rest. It doesn't have the ripple like the knee pads and center console.
