I wish I know the answer to that myself. it is boxed and ready to ship. If anyone wants it on here, I will end the ebay auction.

I do find this exhaust temping, but I must admit that my biggest hangup is the lack of cats. I'm no expert on this subject at all, but is this somehow not an issue in some states/counties? If I thought I could make this setup pass emission rules here in Northern Colorado I would probably jump on it. Is my concern ill-founded?

Not all states require an emission test.

Florida doesn't require any testing, all they care about is the VIN on your paperwork matches the VIN of the car and that is all they check - if they even do that. Some people ride around without a hood on their car, many with cracked windshields - I've even seen no doors on a car driving around. And everyone wonders why there are SO MANY accidents here...

When I lived in New York, vehicles past a certain age are exempt from emission testing, but any time a vehicle was listed as having a catalytic converter as original equipment we were still supposed to "visually check" for one - not that anyone ever did...

I believe your biggest problem here is your system doesn't come with converters and that's what majority of people likely need. I don't, and I would buy right now as well but I have a lack of funds from my EFI conversion and I really don't want to load up a credit card right now .

I live in new york and they don't do a smog test for Ds its old enough. No one checks for cats either. Mine doesn't have cats.

OP, may I suggest that you try this and list new photos.

"Oohh Shiney" might attract some folks

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"
