This is the warm up regulator or it's also called a control pressure regulator. How much are you willing to spend on a brand new unit?

If you get one make sure it is the exact correct part #. There are a lot of variations and each has a different part # although externally they may look identical. If you get one from a Delorean vender you can be confident it will be correct and work. SpecialT can repair and recalibrate your old one (if you HAVE an old one!). Make sure you hook it up correctly with the check valve and vacuum hoses.

Jan, Wolfgang Hank aka Deloman in Germany has new ones in stock.
www.deloman.de
I emailed Hank already he does not have any.
The reason I need a new one is that I have a new one built in I got from someone, so I need to get him a new one back.
I'll ask DMC Houston.

There was or is someone selling electronic warm up regulators. They were pretty expensive to only do the same thing the OEM unit does.
edit:
Here is the unit I was looking at.
