    I have to fill mine at half pull. The pumps just pump too fast, too fast for the fuel to clear the passage into the tank.

    +1. But I throttle the handle halfway all the time during the fill up. If I don't, many times the fuel handle automatically shuts off. It's a small tank so it doesn't take that much longer.

    Sometimes this even happens to my daily driver (at least at the start of the fill up).

    Something that helps me is to have the nozzle only half way in, not all the way down into the neck. This way I can get close to 3/4 handle without it kicking off.
