    Ok, I think I got it now. That pin stays in place. The pin that goes inside the slave is part of the car, per se.

    Question on replacing slave cylinder

    Thanks for the great photo. I plan on replacing my slave and trying to figure the easiest way without removing the intake manifold.

    Dear all,

    Thank you.

    Pulled my clutch slave cylinder out and put it back. Turns out I had a failed plastic washer on the flare adapter nut. it has a new copper washer now and 1704 is back on the road.

    I couldn't have done it without all the forum help and a call to DPI josh for some confidence.

    I am certain there are others like me out there... Using the forum, but not posting much.

    12mm X 16 or 18mm would do the trick.
