So you want to buy a project car? A _real_ project car?

I've decided that it's time for 2930 to have a new owner. I don't have time to finish putting her back together, and I think someone else may.

There's some things you need to know:

    - I do not _have_ to sell her, so if you want to part her out or scrap her, move on.
    - Not currently running, but I could throw a radiator in ( I have one ) and get the engine running again. If I do that, the price goes up.
    - Currently as-is where-is, in north Georgia. She will need a tow
    - Needs an entirely new interior, and lots of "reassembly" work.

I've put a decent amount of money in to this car, and don't expect to recoup my investment, but I'd like to come close to breaking even.

    Information about 2930:

    - 1981 automatic partially BTTF converted
    - Includes the props that came with it ( very bad deck vents made of wood, but an authentic mr fusion, and random interior parts)
    - Newly rebuilt brakes, all 4 wheels
    - Probably needs a head gasket and electrical work
    - No interior carpet. I threw it away because it was _really_ gross

If you search for '2930' here, you'll see some information about what's been done to it.

If you're interested, please PM me or email me ( nullset at gmail ). You'll have to arrange shipping or a tow from Sugar Hill, Ga.

I'm in no rush. I'd like to sell it by the end of the year.

    Price is negotiable.

I don't feel that this car will ever be feasibly converted back to a daily driver, without a significant investment, but if you're looking for a BTTF car, she will make a very good candidate.

I'm still not 100% certain I want to sell this car.

Here are some photos of the car, as it was before I started work on it:

The interior props have been removed, but will be supplied if the purchaser wants them. I don't mind keeping them if they don't.

Things that have been done to it:

    - Interior removed
    - Body/Frame separated to replace a damaged fuel line and repair rusty frame bits
    - Brakes completely replaced with rebuilt brakes on all 4 wheels
    - New fuel injectors
    - Mouse carcasses and nests removed! Sorry, I threw them away.......
    - Lots of other stuff I don't really remember.....

"Ran when parked", but the fuel tank will need to be cleaned out and the radiator reinstalled before it runs again. It overheated and the cooling fans never worked quite right. Probably needs a head gasket. The exhaust is in pretty good shape.

I'll take some photos of it as it is today next time I'm up there. It'll be a few weeks though - I'm currently planning a big trip and won't have time to visit her.

I still have her, but I haven't yet decided whether I'm going to part with her or not. I've had several interested parties but part of me really wants to get it rolling again and then see where it goes from there.

I initially made the post to gauge interest. I'm considering all options at this point.

Okay folks, 2930 is still up for sale. I've had a few people express interest.

I went to visit her today, and took some photos / cleaned her up a bit.

I will be going up there again tomorrow to get the engine going again.

If you're interested in this car, and want pictures of something specific, let me know before 1/2/2016 and I'll try to take them.

I would strongly prefer that the buyer see the car in person before taking the plunge, because I want to make sure you know what you're getting into.

I prefer email to private messages. My username is nullset. I use gmail. Perhaps you can figure it out from there......
