Has anyone installed aftermarket seats or seats from another vehicle in their car? Before I purchase replacement seat covers to Reskin my existing seats I figured I would see what other seat options were out there. Photos would be awesome.

I have always liked the Honda S2000 seats, my seats are mint though so I won't be changing them.
Also don't know if the Honda seats would fit but I will be checking the sizes out for my esprit

Found these...the first and last are Porsche seats the middle is an aftermarket. I like the Porsche but at $350 each I should just recover my existing ones.

The big issue you will run into is that the stock seats are very thin on the bottom, finding other seats that thin is hard but it's a must for anyone that isn't short.
If I had to change them, I would probably look for a pair of 80s Recaro seats.

But again, they may need some work to fix. Catch 22 then.

Love the 80's style Recaro's. Had a set in my 92 GMC Typhoon. Would probably fit well in our cars.

I'll tell you what would probably work really well, seats out of a fiero gt. I installed a set in my rail, and I also installed Mr Mikes leather covers (VERY well made BTW) They are REALLY comfortable, small, low profile, and have the speakers built into the headrests. I even went as far as to install a bluetooth amp that runs wirelessly to my phone, so I can listen to music without the clutter of a head unit. These are recaro style, and sit very low. Mine are raised a bit, but thats all in my mounts. The speakers would be a nice feature for the delorean sound system.

Has anyone tried the Porsche seats who can comment on fitment in the DeLorean?
I'm about through with my OEM seats. They're black and basically perfect, but too uncomfortable.
I drove a Porsche 928 a few months ago, and those seats felt wonderful and still reflect the '80s styling:
