Replacing Dashboard light

I have the original little dinky light that "illuminates" the dash. I haven't really gotten a change to change it up to better suit the darkness. Anyway, the bulb has blown and I'm not entirely sure how to access it. Anyone have a simple idea?

If you are talking about the lights inside your binnacle, you will have no option but to remove the binnacle. It's not one bulb, there's 3 of them.
