    It is amazing how poorly constructed things are theses days. I don't know how fast or big that vehicle was, but to collapse the whole garage like that is crazy.

    This looks like older construction, which in my opinion was probably better. They don't make em like they used to. Had it hit the door, it would have gone right through it. Actually if it had to happen, that is a great spot to get hit. It's not an overly strong area of the house, because it is a relatively small support over a major header, but all things considered faired pretty well.
