Delorean owner in need of new engine

A Delorean owner on my webpage may need a new engine for his Delorean.

He doesn't want to spend 9k on a motor from a vendor.

Anyone out there know of a slightly cheaper PRV motor?

If you can live with a good, used one and pay the shipping call Sheriff Bob @ 919-477-7516. If your friend didn't completely destroy the engine he has it should not cost $9K to fix his old one.

I've seen this ad for years in Hemmings. Who is this guy?

I'm pretty sure I tried buying parts off this guy before and he really had no interest in selling me a thing.

This is the Delorean in question.

The owners name is Drew and this is his primary car.

Got some leads on engines. Hopefully this will work out for him. Thanks for the help guys!!

I've got a complete running motor from air intake to oil pan that I pulled out of 1045 for sale. Point the buyer my way if they're interested. The 5 speed setup from 1045 is still available as well.
