Well, we're at Thursday and the forecast still looks bad. I'd say cancelling looks likely at this point, but we shouldn't call it until Friday.
If Oct 24th is bad for a bunch of us, what about Nov 14 or 21?

It looks like it is early morning rain at this point. We might be still good to go. For the record: I drove my car in the rain this morning and it didn't fall apart.
