Just an amazing project you have taken on. I could see this going in 5609 in the future if it's offered as a retail kit. My car is so far from stock that I no longer worry about originality, I just want to make it fun for me.

Do you have any ballpark estimates on price and availability timeframe?

Now that's a workshop! FYI, if you don't already know, you will be shocked how much more light you can get by epoxying the floor and painting or drywalling the walls.

What garage jealousy?? I'm fine with my garage and needing to side step to get into my car.

If the above post was DeLorean related it should be noted that I don't know what I'm talking about.

I definitely still want one when this is all finished up and more widely available (or if you make the plans & tools available, I'm certainly not above doing a lot of work).

I apologize for not going back through all of the thread, but you're still running a fairly stock engine with all of this, right? I will probably need to get at least a little into the programming of how it works since mine will be getting a new engine (still waffling between the L67 3800 I have and a 13B-MSP such that the car would have the engine it was originally slated to get) and will thus be running it with a standalone (likely MS) of some sort.

Something I noticed looking at your car with the door open made me think of one of the things that I'm looking to do when I have mine largely disassembled for all the work I'm going to be doing: I'm planning on losing the old plunger-switches on the doors in favor of magnets and reed switches. I have a bear of a time getting mine adjusted so the lights don't flash on when I hit large bumps, so decided losing switching to something different like the reed switch that (properly set) isn't as sensitive to it would be an improvement.
