If you feeling adventurous, you can do it.
DMCFL shared their way with me.
First, install drop glass channel to glass(Keep pressure so it doesn't fall off!), install drop glass, install fixed glass with channel into door using rivets on the channel, align drop glass to channel, roll up drop glass, put tons of urethane from the outside, push finisher in with the urethane still wet, and secure the finisher from moving with VERY STRONG tape.
