I saw that yesterady and was wondering about the interior that the seller says "needs some TLC" but doesn't show any photos.
Also "Vehicle needs to be titled in the purchasers name before the vehicle leaves my possession"
How would that work, exactly. You pay the seller his $15k, get a bill of sale and then it stays on his property until the DMV processes the paperwork in a couple of weeks?
