    1265's Restoration Progress

    Awhile back, I decided to purchase a second DeLorean to have rebuilt from the ground-up in a manner most suiting to my personal taste. That car was 1265. With no motor or transmission and midway through the process of being converted into a 5-speed car, I took ownership of her. Now she's going to be rebuilt as a cruiser AT car.

    All the work on this car is being performed by Josh of DPI, with the exception of the few mystery projects that I'm toying around with.

    Nice! Looking forward to seeing this develop.
    eBay selling at it's best I can tell you stock Delorians and quite a bit of slugs so the Turbo is a super nice up-grade.

    i was reminded about 1265 the other day when you had mentioned having both an auto & a manual D, and was wondering about the progress. good to see the frame is in decent shape!

    Frame has been baked to remove the E coating and to expose trouble sections and blasted prior to the repairs being completed.
