    Exhaust weight

Has anyone weighed all the components of the systems available? I'm curious as to what kind of weight savings (if any) comes with DMC/DPI/UK exhaust systems in comparison to the stock system.

I came across a scale. If no one else has ever done the math I'll spend some time weighing stuff.

That would be interesting to know. The stock manifolds are pretty heavy cast iron but headers have a lot more tubing. My guess would be the weight to be pretty much the same. The two CATs may make it weigh more for an updated exhaust.

I don't have exact numbers but I recently shipped a UK exhaust system and the total weight was 22 kg (it was very well packed, so I am assuming the real weight is around 19-20 kg)
The DPI exhaust is lighter, especially the muffler..

I believe the OEM weight is close to 60 lbs. with the brackets based on my own measurements when trying to sell my OEM exhaust.
