Right then, I am staging a luncheon-coup!! And as I am busy for the next few weekends, I am decreeing it to be a weekday lunch.

Next Tuesday 22nd at Twisted Taco at 12pm.

I'll be there (possibly on my own ) who's in??

Sorry, can't do it Sally. I've got a real job now, which like most of the gang makes it impossible to do the lunch during the week. Still very open to a Saturday, though, even if it's a few weeks out.

Just cancel all that pesky "family stuff!"

Watcha mean - we've been planning this since mid Feb

Glad you're back from Oregon, though. Rest up.

Did you guys ever manage to put something together?

I've missed our meetups. My life has been a whole mess of crazy as of late, and I haven't even been on DMCTalk in quite some time, save for a few sporadic logins here and there. My DeLorean has actually been sitting for months, unusable, because it needs a new brake MC and I haven't had the time. Between work, and traveling for work, and trying to get my house sorted out (so I can get the damn HOA off my ass once and for all), and an anniversary, and trying to get KITT back.... it's been nuts.

On top of it all, I've been looking for a truck and holy hell has that been a cumbersome process. And as it turns out, I ended up buying two:

    Go figure.

All of this horseshit needs to come to an end real soon. I miss my DeLorean and I miss my DeLorean friends.

Why are at least 50% of cars in this sunny metro area painted black? It's such a bad choice but it is all anyone seems to own. 75% of mine are black too.

I hadn't noticed, to be honest. I prefer silver; the only black car I own is by choice and that's KITT because, well, it's supposed to be black. The two Suburbans I bought are black by coincidence, though I almost bought one in white, and another in burgundy.
