I have one for automatic transmissons (I believe it will also work with manuals, but the other way around is not true -- the auto trans one has an extra bracket). I'd be willing to sell it at a discount since I can't provide any support for it, but I believe it to be complete. PM me if interested!

Not at all. Honestly, Bill is very knowledgeable and a good source for Carb'ing a DeLorean. He CNCs an aluminum mounting bracket that is used to mount a carburetor to an intake manifold that he also provides in said kit. To my understanding, his kit comes with everything you need.
The reason he was banned varies but the admins had enough of him here and the thug board.
