Does yours need to be RHD converted?

I do not need to do a conversion to have the car registered for daily use in Australia but that my well be a long term plan. I have lots to do in the mean time and very much enjoy this forum which is an excellent source of information.

Hope you're loving your car and making memories with it. It's only been a couple months at most but the fam and I are really enjoying ours. It's been a huge hit with the kids and their friends and is certainly a head turner.

Perhaps the only thing I don't like about the car is the attention it gets, not being much of an extrovert myself. I try to get gas at off hours so I don't seem so "showy", park far away from entrances to wherever it is I'm going (again to avoid attention) and even tend to polish it in my garage in solitude. I just love the car for the car and what it means to me, not for the attention it gets. Guess I'm weird. lol

Thanks again for your reply to my intro. I'm glad it resonated with you too, DeLorean brother!

    Cheers!

Congratulations Dave! What a beautiful daughter. Fun times ahead.

They learn fast to appreciate fine things. My first daughter was used to getting a ride in my Corvette, sporting her sunglasses and a bottle of milk, and at age 2 1/2, I asked her if she would like to go with me to the grocery store. She said, "Can we go in the red car"(vette)? I said no, (because it was raining or something), and she proceeded to say, "No, I'll stay home".

    Cheers,

Kids certainly do come to value and appreciate what they see their parents appreciating. My love of cars and music came from my dad. I'm seeing it over and over with new families in close with.
