I'm looking for a good display with a nice black dot in it but the clock may otherwise be broken, not working, missing parts/case, etc.

I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for in terms of what parts need to be good and what parts are ok being broken, but this is what I have:

I bought a replacement from Mark in the UK and don't need this anymore. I think mine did work some of the time, but then when I opened it up to see if I could get the buttons to work consistently, I think I must have loosened something else because it never lit up again after that. I cut the connector off of it also to use on the replacement unit.

As long as there is a black dot in the glass I'll take it. PM me your asking price and PayPal address.
Thanks.

It's the black sooty looking dot near the nipple, bottom right corner of the display. Means the display is still good. I believe my circuits are good just my display is bad (white dot meaning the gas had escaped). Plan is to transplant the glass or try to get yours to work should you sell it. This is to fix my clock, it has not been operational in 15 years so I am looking forward to it!

Ok, good description on the black sooty dot. I wouldn't have known what that meant until you mentioned it. My clock still has that dot and I'll see if I can get a picture or two showing it is still there.
In the meantime, what's your zip code and I'll see about getting an idea on shipping costs and then PM you what the total would be?

Here's a pic where you can see the black dot you mentioned.

I am going to deke over to the Post Office and check what the cost would be on sending it your way. You live really close to where my parents have their place for the winter in Bradenton. I was thinking about going down to visit them before the end of the season. If I did that I could bring the clock over to you in person, lol.
