Good advice Bill ! TY !!

I always make purchases with my credit card or Paypal. Buyer protection. eBay offers buyer protection too.

I didn't think these were available through eBay.

Card issuer will simply deduct the disputed charge from the merchant's next payment. Ultimately the merchant absorbs the dispute.

Sending an email saying via ebay product is not what was meant to be, and asking for "give me some money back" .
I have just sent that so I am waiting for an answer now.

I think I will be ordering through eBay to get the extra eBay buyer protection.

Is there a price markup on the eBay listing!

Just wondering if the price on eBay is higher than thier website.

Some places do that to cover eBay seller fees....

Ill check it out in more detail once I get the samples....

Just checked, eBay is 325 base price +19 shipping

Thier website it s 299 base price and doesn't say how much shipping is

That extra $25 is to cover eBay seller fees.

But it maybe worth it if there's an issue if I need to ask for a refund like you did.
