Eurofest 2016 - lots of pics

A quick run-through of the weekend's events, with some brief descriptions. Huge thanks and congratulations to Robert, Paul and Brian for organising the event, which was no small task. 200+ delegates from 18 different countries attended, with somewhere in the region of 80 cars. I've never seen so many DMCs in one place before.
    Roll on Eurofest 2021!

Day 1 - Arrival, trip to Stormont (Northern Ireland's parliament buildings) and the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum. The weather was a disaster (what a surprise!)

A little something I picked up at the product fair. Unfortunately I can't cash it!

Day 3 - Ulster Aviation Society, Titanic Visitors' Centre. The highlight of the event for me. 71 cars lined up on the spot where the Titanic was built. Dinner that evening was in the building, in a hall that contains a replica of the Titanic's grand staircase. The world tour guys did a presentation and I got them to sign my flag!

Day 4 - the final day - Crumlin Road Gaol - a famous local landmark, allegedly haunted!
I didn't see anything spooky myself, but the place is incredibly atmospheric. Especially when you go into the condemned man's cell, next door to the hangman's noose.

    Great pics Martin.

Hard to believe they have turned the jail into a tourist attraction. I went to school for 7 years right next door to it and I fear some of my classmates just move next door

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

Excellent photos of the cars and the venues; thanks for sharing!

And thanks to the Eurofest 2016 team for putting on a fantastic event. We enjoyed it immensely. Well worth the trip.

Tip o' the cap to the DeLorean World Tour team, too. What a great finish!!
