    1-2 degrees is not all that much and won't affect operation. Could be operator error. Are you using the same timing light? Put #1 cylinder at TDC and recheck your timing scale. Plug the vacuum line and make sure the mechanical advance is not sticking.

    For somebody who is normally Oorah about doing things by the book, you are surprisingly resistant to using the indexing feature Douvrin built into the PRV.

    It's one of the few things I actually like about the engine.
