Here are a couple of cheesy dashcam videos as we were leaving the show after loading the vans. A good perspective of how massive this place was.

Kind of an interesting caravan. I was driving Tony's DeLorean, followed by Hollers BTTF car, then Tyler's Aston, and then the two vans.

Pardon my buggy windshield. And my first attempt at editing and uploading dashcam video.

Videos from my drive and the convention itself. The 2-3 minute mark is just walking by a lot of cars, I find it interesting, but if you don't just jump ahead a minute.

    What about those sketches ...

Thanks for posting all the photos and video links ... some really good stuff.

    Speaking of good stuff ...

For those of you that did not attend DCS 2016, there were a few unexpected surprises that culminated during the convention,
which is another great reason to attend all of the dinners, since you never know what can happen and when it will happen.

For those of you that did not attend the dinner on Saturday, you missed out on the "Tale of Two Legends" presentation that
had to be delayed until after the dinner (instead of during the convention) due to Rob Grady's delayed arrival on Saturday.

Another surprise on Saturday actually began after the dinner on Friday, at the end of Dr. Giancarlo Perini's presentation, with
the announcement that Dr. Perini brought along a few new numbered copies of some DeLorean sketches (by Giugiaro himself)
that would be split into two groups ... one set for "door prizes" on Saturday evening and another set for "silent auction", with
the proceeds going to Giugiaro's wife's charity. This was a surprise for the Planning Team, as well as for the DCS attendees.

While I will not display the entire Giugiaro sketch, I will post a cropped copy of just the lower left hand corner of the sketch,
which includes a half dozen different views of the DeLorean, exterior and interior, with views of doors closed and doors open.

    Giugiaro-sketch-LL-partial.jpg

It's safe to say that Dr. Giancarlo Perini still has a very close relationship with Giugiaro and that Giancarlo is "full of surprises",
so that should be enough of a teaser (for now), to let you know what the Planning Team may be trying to plan for DCS 2018.

Who, What, Where and When are all still on the table, but after some preliminary planning, we may know what may be possible.

For those of us who do not know the elusive Tamir, and would have liked to meet him, which one is he?
