What, you don't have a 24-inch #2 Phillips driver? I bought one for adjusting headlights, but have found other uses for it, too, like adjusting cabinet doors above my head.
Although if memory serves, those door handles are held in with hex bolts, in which case I would end up using my 24-inch 1/4"-drive extension.
There's always a way to get something done if you have the right tool(s). For example, I just ordered an electric ratchet in order to reach a particularly troublesome bracket on my Chrysler. And I didn't know about drill bit extensions until recently. As I gain more experience, I realize that usually the answer to "How the heck am I supposed to do that?" is "Find the right tool and buy it." LOL
