Thanks! I actually like the cold. But my wife and I had the rare opportunity to advance both of our careers and be closer to family at the same time, so here we are.
Will do! Thanks for the reminder.
The DeLorean hasn't moved yet. It's still in North Carolina. When we get settled and can arrange a weekend to do so, I will drive it down, stopping to visit family on the way. (Some of them have never seen the car in person, even though I have owned it for over ten years!)

I took advantage of a big price drop on some items in my Amazon wish list and purchased the requisite Borgeson components for Bill Robertson's famous vibration-reducing steering modification.
$29.47 for the 409418 18" DD shaft, $31.45 for the 154912 vibration-reducing stainless steel U-joint, and $59.72 for the remaining 114912 stainless steel U-joint.
At those prices, I couldn't resist.

It must have been a New Year special. I ordered on Jan. 1. I was half expecting to get a phone call saying the price was a mistake.
Weirdly, though, at the time Amazon's listing said there was only one left in stock. Then I ordered mine. And it still says there's only one left in stock. Maybe that's because mine hasn't been delivered yet...? Still seems strange to me.
If you put an item in your Amazon shopping cart, but then instead of checking out, click "save for later" (or just leave Amazon without checking out), when the price changes you will get an e-mail notification. I've picked up some bargains this way over the years.

At last, all of the parts have arrived! It took three shipments, one of which was delayed, presumably by the winter surprise. Thank goodness for free Prime shipping.

Do you happen to have a link to where the write-up on the installation of this is? It's on my list of things to complete.
-----Dan B.
Given the vibration I have through my wheel I'm exploring all options as well. It's the one thing that really keeps the car from being comfortable to drive. Would be interested in that write-up if it exists. Or is it just a direct swap of the factory components?
