Great luck with cars lately
2 weekends ago, I took my accord into the shop to diagnose some transmission problems after having replaced several hundred dollars worth of parts. They told me I'd need a new transmission, which was a death sentence. They said to baby the car and I might be ok. The transmission gave out the following Wednesday.
I got a rental for the weekday thinking I'd buy a cheapo car cause I hadn't had time to save up after dumping so much money in my accord. I ended up putting the Delorean back together until I realized I didn't have my rock screen. The car was in Georgia and the rock screen was in Alabama. I didn't want to risk getting a rock to the radiator so I borrowed my moms car until the weekend.
So, this past Wednesday, I got rear ended in my moms car. This is my 2nd ever accident. Thankfully damage wasn't too bad.
Now I'm in Georgia, the weather is nice so I take my Delorean out of the garage, so I can use the ramps and change the oil. Stupidly I got the ratchet stuck until a storm cloud came over and it is now deluging over the Delorean that i haven't put weatherstripping back on. I managed to run out and cover it with my tarp.
I almost don't even want to drive it anymore, im afraid it catch on fire this upcoming Wednesday.

Conversely , had you had a rock screen, you would have been in the D when you were rear-ended.

I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

I did somewhat think that, but had the accord lived another week it could have been totalled by someone else lol. The tow hitch stopped a lot of damage.
I wouldn't mind a new rear fascia, but I know there would have been a lot of damage.
