    I found a rusted bolt, it's bad...

So while I've been going through my car, I've found this nut in the driver's side foot well up near the brake relay shaft hole. I looked at the nuts all around there and they all look pretty good but this one is RUSTED OUT! Anyway, I wanted to post this picture and ask if anyone knows the best way to remove and replace this bolt. Is it a simple job? I've been soaking it with PB blaster so I'm hoping it doesn't just bind up and get stuck...

Is that one that holds the booster on? You'll probably just snap it off and then you can replace it anyway.

You should probably reseal areas with RTV as well. It looks like there is quite a bit of rust on the pedal box.
