When you do get the lambda light, take a photo of the mileage. It will be interesting to see how close to 30k it is.

    Mine was close to 30k.

Actually, it came on at 29,976. ( I didn't get a pic though).

Made it! I got to hang around and watch while Mike and Dave chased down my various start-up and electrical gremlins. What I expected to be a week-long (or more) wild goose chase actually might have gotten resolved in a couple of hours with a new idle motor, some replacements bulbs and tightening the knob on my cutoff switch. They're going to finish up the LEDs in the a/c panel and clean all the connections tomorrow. I'm going to leave the car here for a week so they can test drive it and check the cold starts but it's looking promising. I've got the next 3 weeks off work and if I didn't have cats who would disown me for leaving them alone with my roommate that long, I'd be tempted to just take the car and go driving aimlessly all over the east coast

They finished up cleaning the grounds and tuning it today. I took it out for a drive to the Volo Auto Museum. Lots of fancy cars there, but my favorite was still the one in the parking lot.

Replica BTTF2 car, the sign said it was built for promotional purposes:IMG_20170421_150009.jpg IMG_20170421_145951.jpg

The car is running good, and when I went out for frozen custard around sunset the headlights didn't give me any aggravation. I'm going to drop it back off at MW tomorrow before I fly out so they can test drive it a little more before the next segment of my epic road trip, but things are looking good

Hard to say, I have not been there since 2004. I did see one in a museum once. I just don't recall which museum or car collection it was. I knew a guy that had one in the early 90's it was the sport model with two tone paint with pin strips. I rode in it once and it was Okay for what it was. Quite the Square cracker box though.
