Yep, it's a Blazecut. Figured I could use a little extra insurance, heh.

The leak looked like it was closer to the center of the car. I told him to make sure not to hook
it around the suspension components and he said he'd use the loops.

I got a hold of a AAA shop that said they could look at it tomorrow morning. At least there was an awesome sunset while all this was going on...

Heh, thanks. With a view like that, I couldn't even be mad about breaking down

I just picked the car back up and I'm going to take a nap and then get back on the road. The problem was a clamp that was the wrong size and had worked itself loose. Doesn't look like it lost much gas so I guess the leak was just bad enough to starve the engine. He recommended getting all the other clamps checked too so I'm debating leaving it in Vegas and getting it when I go back in a couple weeks.

Made it to St. George. I could practically see the Stratosphere from here, LOL. I've gone 85 miles since my last fillup and I'm still down less than 1/4 tank so I don't think I even lost that much last night.

Oh, that is a damn good point. Using a mobile device of any kind while driving is illegal in Nevada. Be careful.

Isn't a car technically a mobile device? Just things to ponder.....hehe

The specific clarification of the law is that you cannot operate a mobile electronic device of any kind inside of your car. It's not even limited to just phones.

Immobile electronic devices which are permanently attached to the vehicle however are excluded from this rule. So hands free calling and Sat Nav systems that are either factory equipped or aftermarket are fine so long as they cannot just be removed any time you step out of the vehicle. But no iPads, iPods, tablets, phones, laptops, or things of that nature.

    Really?

So you can't use GoogleMaps on your phone if it attached to the windscreen with a suction cup?

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

I was stopped when I made the post, but I can neither confirm nor deny using the camera while the car was in motion.

I made it into Vegas with no more disasters, now everyone cross your fingers that I make it home
